El shape presenta áreas del suelo rural zonificadas como amenaza alta ocupada por avenida torrencial, es decir zonas con condición de riesgo, de acuerdo con los lineamientos del decreto 1077 de 2015, esto como parte de la incorporación de la gestión del riesgo en la revisión General del Esquema De Ordenamiento Territorial del Municipio De Aranzazu (Caldas) adelantada por la empresa consultora Corporación para el Desarrollo Ambiental (CORDEAM). <\/SPAN><\/P>

En estos sectores se debe priorizar la evaluación e implementación de acciones de intervención correctiva en caso de soportarse su efectividad con base en estudios técnicos. En los procesos de ocupación del territorio y expansión urbana se recomienda limitar usos que impliquen permanencia de personas y bienes. En caso de corresponder a zonas donde se planifique la localización de algún proyecto en la fase de implementación del EOT, se debe propender antes de tomar cualquier determinación sobre su desarrollo, la realización de análisis técnicos que evalúen su viabilidad y seguridad frente a la ocurrencia de un evento de avenida torrencial, proponiendo, además, la definición de medidas ambientales y/o no estructurales, entre ellas, la definición y/o delimitación de la ronda hidráulica de la corriente hídrica que permita prevenir cualquier efecto por la posible manifestación del fenómeno<\/SPAN><\/P>
