Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN><SPAN>Es una capa vectorial (shapefile) a escala 1:5.000 de tipo polígono que define las áreas en condición de amenaza por avenidas torrenciales correspondientes a predios sin construcciones o desarrollo, siguiendo el Decreto 1807 de 2014 compilado en el Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual reglamenta la incorporación de la gestión del riesgo en los planes de ordenamiento territorial, se realiza la zonificación y delimitación de las áreas con condición de amenaza, en las que se hace necesaria su priorización para realizar estudios detallados. Dentro del parágrafo 1 del artículo 2.2.2.1.3.1.3 del Decreto 1077 de 2015 se definen las áreas en condición de amenaza como: “Zonas o áreas del territorio municipal zonificadas como de amenaza alta y media en las que se establezca en la revisión o expedición de un nuevo POT la necesidad de clasificarlas como suelo urbano, de expansión urbana, rural suburbano o centros poblados rurales para permitir su desarrollo”. Para la realización de esta capa se emplean como insumos el modelo de amenaza por avenidas torrenciales y las áreas no desarrolladas</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
